Set on a slope with views of three historic castles, the project is sited between native pine trees and Margalló palms.

Rotated grids: The design uses two rotated grids to optimize access, views, and summer ventilation, resulting in a compact layout that adapts to changing needs and steep terrain. Expansive windows and terraces connect indoor and outdoor spaces, while local stone and timber integrate the villa into its Mediterranean setting.
