Located two hours north of Santiago on the Pacific Coast, this villa houses a family of five and is built to withstand strong coastal winds. A simple pitched roof covers all living areas, forming a central patio shielded from wind, with higher ceilings in public spaces and lower ones in private rooms to create a sense of intimacy.
The villa’s layout uses well-placed openings to frame views of the coast and landscape, strengthening its connection to the surroundings. Durable materials were selected to withstand salty air, ensuring the villa blends with the coastal environment and offers a lasting, tranquil retreat.
